True, tho I should point out that this picture was taken in late 1958 and DR. STRANGELOVE came out in 1964. Did you know that the dramatic B-52 and atomic bomb footage in Kubrick's classic was made possible by an assist from Milton Caniff...Lew Sayre Schwartz (who was working with Kubrick on the film) asked Caniff for help and he used his numerous military contacts to cut through the red tape ans get them the shots they needed. Neat huh?
